    IP Address

    The IP address is an identification number that is permanently or temporarily assigned to each connection to a computer network, using the Internet Protocol.


    Personal data

    So-called personal data is data that can be used to identify you or that we can associate with you. This includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person (by grouping of information).     CMS is the acronym for Content Management System. It is the system managing the content displayed on a website.

    Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA)

    A PIA is a detailed study to establish the privacy risk that a personal data processing could have on the privacy of data subjects if an incident were to occur.


    A file is any set of personal data whose structure makes it possible to search for the data by data subject.


    Purpose of processing

    The purpose of processing is the reason why the data is collected and processed.


    A plugin or plug-in is a computer program designed to add functionality to other software (called host software). For example, social network buttons. Equivalent terms: "Plug-in", "Add in", "Add on".

    Data subject

    Data subject is any natural or legal person subject to personal data processing.

    Data controller

    The controller is the natural or legal person on whose behalf the processing is carried out. He/she determines alone or jointly the purposes of the processing.


    The processor is any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller. For example, a website host or an online service provider, especially for mail services.


    Tags or HTML tags are the basic elements of HTML coding for a web page. They are invisible to the Internet user (except by activating the display of the source code). They are interpreted by the browser to compose the page.
    They allow the formatting and structuring of content and some are specifically taken into account by search engine algorithms to establish the page score on a request and the restitution of results.


    Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination as well as restriction, erasure or destruction.


    We only collect and process data that you voluntarily provide to us and for which you explicitly consent to the processing.
