It consists of two rental buildings built in 1966, integrated into a mixed building block, with retail space on the ground floor and housing on the upper floors. The complex is connected to the CAD (district heating) provided by the SIG since 2013. The two buildings are made up of a total of 87 properties - 2 arcades, 43 apartments (from 2 to 6 rooms), 37 boxes and 5 depots, all spread over 8 above ground levels. They are completed by a basement containing technical premises for the boiler room, laundry rooms and cellars.
The client's wish was to sell the two buildings within a certain period of time. In order to guarantee a rhythm to investors and a timely sale to our client, we marketed the building in a two-stage tendering process with a precise and structured schedule.
